This exceptional new development is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, an UNESCO World Heritage site. Amidst a picturesque mountain scenery, the small village of Deià is one of the prettiest places you can find on Mallorca. The authentic village has always been a magnet for artists, writers and other creative minds who discovered the beauty of this region a long time ago.
The project is, just as its location, one of a kind. Surrounded by lush, Mediterranean scenery, 21 townhouses are nestled at the foot of the El Teix mountains. Designed by the well-known Mallorquin architect Toni Juncosa and inspired by the authentic villages of the island, this new development carefully preserves the tradition, tranquility and charm of its natural surroundings.
Every home is unique
Unique, sizeable homes, built using traditional Mallorcan techniques and materials. With a carefully planned interior, every home has its own special character. Living rooms with a fireplace to create a welcoming atmosphere, gardens and terraces to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends, and warm, comfortable bedrooms in which to relax as a couple. Every corner is designed with the owner’s wellbeing in mind.
Every house is individual in style; the colours of the windows shutters, the type of doors, windows and chimney-stacks, all will be uniquely designed for each home, giving all the properties their own individual character. The facades will be finished in traditional Mallorcan techniques with natural stone-cladding in limestone applying different treatments.
The townhouses vary in sizes from 118 to 290 sqm and have 2 or 3 bedrooms. An open-plan kitchen adjoining the living room provides a contemporary lifestyle and the lounge-dining area, with a fireplace creates a cosy and inviting ambiente. Other features are; a guest toilet, underfloor heating, hi-tech reversible air-conditioning and doubled-glazed windows. A community pool in landscaped gardens is a highlight during the summer months.
